Colin wanted to demolish an existing conservatory on his property and then convert his already partially converted garage and utility into a new, contemporary wrap-around extension.

In spite of the space constraints of the site, we came up with a design that met and exceeded the requirements we were given.

Planning was approved quickly and building regulations approval, structural calculations and a schedule of works were all provided to help Colin find a builder. The build is now in progress.
