How We Help With Planning Applications
Every planning project starts with understanding what you want to achieve and how the proposed changes relate to the existing property or site. We can develop the design with you and prepare the drawings and supporting information needed to clearly present the proposal as part of a planning application.
Our planning work includes extensions, conversions, new homes and alterations to existing properties, as well as less conventional projects where the design or setting needs particularly careful consideration. Depending on the project, 2D and 3D drawings or visualisations can also help demonstrate how the proposed development will look and relate to its surroundings.
Once the proposal is ready, we can prepare and submit the planning application and liaise with the local planning authority while it is being considered. If questions or issues arise during the process, we can respond and work through any appropriate changes to the proposal.
