Maureen was looking to carry out a project for a rear extension to their property that would involve planning applications, building regs drawings and structural calculations. Maureen was recommended our services by a neighbour, David Hall, who we recently had as built photos sent over for their project.

After the initial meeting, we were able to survey the property and then draw up all the needed aspects for this project, then communicated clearly with our client and liaised with the local council, getting planning approval for her project.
