Peter Dean was looking to build a rear extension to his property and was recommended The Design Social to help out with the planning and regulations side of the work.

We were happy to work on this project and after an initial client meeting, we carried out a survey on the existing structure of his home, then created a 3D model of both the existing home and the proposed layout for the extension. We then created drawings based off of that design and submitted them to the local planning authority who gave permission for the project to continue.

Since then, Peter has been able to fully complete the project and has sent us pictures of the finished product, which you can see below.
