Edward Wilkes approached us about a boundary wall that he wanted erected around his property, this posed a different problem to normal planning applications as we had to prove to the council that the wall and gate wouldn’t block the view of the road or neighbouring driveways.

We did this by 3D modelling the road, house and wall & creating video to demonstrate that the proposals don’t compromise the visibility along the road or of neighbouring driveways.

The property is partially within a conservation as well, so a selection of materials for the walls, gates & coping stones were developed by liaising with the Conservation Officer.
