Ian Yeomans was aware of our company for quite a while before this project, so he was happy to come to us to help with the conversion of his attached garage into a more usable bedroom and en suite.

We carried out an in depth survey on the property, then after creating a design that worked practically and looked great, we created building regs and building control drawings. We then liaised with the local council to get approval for the project and created a schedule of works to help streamline the construction.
