Jermey Gibbs was looking to rework their ground floor space, both by renovating the existing spaces as well as by creating more space through a rear extension, so they got in touch with us through our friends at Luxe Kitchen Designs so that we could help out with the architectural parts of the project.
Of course, we were happy to do so and as such we arranged for a meeting so that we could get a good idea of the initial concept and what work would need to be done for it. We then carried out a survey of the existing property, getting technical information that would be crucial for those next steps.
After that, we used that information to draw up a 3D model of what the house currently looked like, as well as projections of what shape and size the extension could take, allowing us to give Jeremy a better look at what their project could be. Finally, when we locked down what the final look would be, we sent off drawings based on that model to the local planning authority, as well more in-depth and technical ones to building control, which allowed us to get Jeremy approval for the construction work ahead.
