Josef Keeling – Rear & Side Extension Planning Application – Honeybourne, Worcestershire

Architecture, Architectural

Josef Keeling and Peter Morris wanted a new extension to the rear of their property after experiencing many common problems with their existing conservatory, such as heating and lighting issues during the summer and winter months.

As such, they approached us to help redesign and expand it to allow a larger kitchen area, as well as designing an additional side extension that would be usable for a utility room and an extended dining room.

This project provided an issue however, as the extension could have conflicted with a nearby pumping station that may have destabilised the foundations of the conservatory.

However, thanks to our liaising with Severn Trent and effective communication, we got planning approval through.
