Kasia Olejarczyk was wanting some more space in there semi-detached property and felt that a loft conversion would work wonderfully for them, along with a smaller rear extension. In order to get this project done however, Kasia would have needed complex building regs drawings to be created, along with the usual planning application. Due to this, they decided to give us there at The Design Social a call, so that we could take some weight off of their shoulders.
We were more than happy to answer this call, arranging an initial meeting and architectural survey so that we could get a good idea of the work that would need to be done to fully realise the design that Kasia wanted. After we learned what would be required, we took that information back to our CAD software and then created a 3D model of the proposal, which allowed us to show both the local planning/building control agencies and Kasia themselves just what the new build would look like, a design that would be safe, secure and far more comfortable to live in.
These applications have been fully approved by the relevant authorities, allowing Kasia to move forward with the actual construction work.
