Paul asked us about creating a single storey rear extension on his house, he was looking for a design that provided extra space for a sitting room as well as taking some walls out to create an open plan kitchen/dinning room.

We used a flat roof extension with roof lanterns installed to provide any necessary sunlight as well as steel beams to create openings in the internal walls that he wanted removing.
