Sarah reached out to us about the conversion of a pre-existing loft space in the house she had recently moved into, the previous owners had pushed back the wall of an ensuite, in the master bedroom to make room for a staircase up to the loft, however it hadn’t been designed properly, the loft was made of two incredibly small rooms and there was no hallway to the staircase.

We drew up a design for the loft conversion that adhered to building regulations and with the introduction of a large dormer roof made the entire floor into a suite for the client’s parents.

We also designed a ground floor front extension to enlarge the general living area for the family.
