Draw up plans and submit plans to council for approval.

Barnaby was polite and professional and always turned up at the time he said he would. He asked what our requirements were and drew up the plans and submitted promptly. He communicated with me throughout the process and chased up the progress with the council. Prices for his work was discussed and agreed and time given to decide if to proceed. Would definitely recommend his services.
