I wanted plans drawn up (and passed!) for a large extension on my very small house. There were a number of issues I was concerned about, including the fact that no other work had been done in my little cul-de-sac and the current look of the houses was dull and plain- which I didn’t want to settle for. I was impressed that DS explained the process to me in clear terms. They already had plenty of experience dealing with the local planning dept aswell. There was good personal communication throughout. In the end DS pushed for a much more interesting design and they passed. Amazing design.
