Bini Babu was looking to complete a planning application in order to get permission for an extension to her property and, upon seeing our reviews, emailed us for help with the needed work.

Of course, we were happy to help out with this and immediately arranged a meeting with them, so that we could get a clearer idea of just what they would need out of the finished design. After this, we sent out surveyors to the site in order to get the technical information we would need to draw up a full 3D model in CAD software, which then allowed us to give Bini a much better look at what the finished project would look like.

Finally, we took that model and produced clear, technical drawings from it, allowing us to give the local authority planning department and building control an accurate report on what work would need doing. Once this was submitted, we then liaised with the council, allowing Bini to get planning approval without stressing the fine details.
