Paul Bland approached us to make a planning application for his sixteenth century listed thatched cottage. The proposal was to add insulated lime render to the external walls, to assist with the thermal performance of the property. The proposal also included the installation of some French drains to assist with reducing damp in the property.

We supplied the drawings and documentation, including a heritage statement, and planning approval was successfully granted.
